A-Tap Series Vol11

A-Tap is an all-purpose tap series designed to simplify tool management and to excel in a wide variety of materials and applications. A-Tap is made from powdered metal HSS and has OSG's patented V coating to achieve excellent wear resistance.

ADO-SUS

ADO-SUS drill series is OSG's premium line of carbide coolant-fed high performance drills, designed to drill in a wide variety of applications, including stainless steel and titanium alloys. New coolant hole shape improves coolant flow, chip evacuation and suppresses cutting heat generation. This reduces work hardening, which leads to longer tool life during tapping and reaming operations.

M-SFT Duplex

TiN-coated powder metal spiral-fluted cutting taps especially suitable for difficult to machine materials such as 304L & 316L stainless steel, 15-5PH & 17-4PH, Super Duplex 1.4410, Inconel 625, etc. Also available with oil hole and long shank.

Green Tap GRT

Green Tap is made by a new and original manufacturing method by OSG. CO2 emissions are cut by 35% by reducing power consumption during manufacturing compared to conventional products.

ADF Flat Bottomed Drilling Range

Machining a flat hole traditionally required the use of an end mill and a drill. The ADF enables one-step drilling to simplify machining time and tool management. Suitable for a wide variety of drilling applications including inclined surfaces, curved surfaces, counterboring, eccentric holes, thin plates, etc.

ADO-MICRO

Problems in small diameter hole machining predominantly stem from unstable chip evacuation. ADO-MICRO addresses this issue with cutting edge specifications and flute geometry optimized for small diameter applications, enabling the formation of stable chip shapes—even with external coolant—and ensuring reliable uninterrupted machining.

ADO-TRS

Two-flute drills have their limitations when the need to cut production cost in half while doubling efficiency arises. The TRS is the world's first 3-flute drill for steels. Patented geometry permits stable chip ejection, even with less chip pocket space inherent in 3-flute drills. The result is up to 3x faster than 2-flute drills and up to 3x longer life.
